Southwest COR Stores shuffled their Managers what’s going on?

5 RSM’s & 6 ASM’s were given 25+miles commute compared to their much easier commute! Wtf? They are moving some reps too between COR stores. Didn’t hear anything about AR yet. They aren’t hiring at all just shuffling people.

They also moved around some managers in texas. One texas manager is now working virtually from texas over a sacramento winback office

They do it on purpose. If you've been there "too long", you build relations with customers. Then you feel bad slamming their accounts. So they move you. KPIs must've been bad. Retail is a sinking ship from both AR and COR. Run if you have the chance.

Prime is sinking as well. Here in Texas all our locations are not doing good at all !

Depends on what mood the DOS or Area Retail manager is in! Seen them shuffle managers before in the middle of the day!

Well, they can't force store reps and managers to relocate to Dallas or Atlanta, as they're needed in their local areas, so they have to make their work harder in other ways, to slowly make them want to quit so T can reduce headcount without surplus or severance. But to be serious, the last time I saw something like this was right before around 80% of COR stores in an area got "closed" (sold to third parties, like Prime). They might be trying to bring their best people to locations that will remain as COR, and place others where they don't really care what happens to them once they become someone else's responsibility.

COR is on a hiring freeze. They are taking reps from other stores that are considered overstaffed and placing them into stores that are understaffed.

Pretty common when areas get complacent
