CPF Bonus Guess

What does everyone think our CPF for year end bonuses will be for the FY with our "record" numbers we have had? Unfortunately, I would be shocked if it is over 1.00

My foot is already half-way out the door at this point. I waiting for a big traunch of RSUs that I’m supposed to get towards the end of the year. However, if things get bad enough before then I’m leaving.

We need to take those bonuses back. Another example of freeloading cisco peoples not earning bonus.

It's gonna be at least 1.1 and it's nuts to say it would be below 1 this year if you've paid literally any attention

So, there will be now 9.1% less allocated for IPFs? We have a math major as a CEO, after all :)

Blew quarterly projections and raised guidance every quarter. Should be decent. Going forward? Meh.

It will be between 1 and 1.05. I think the times after this though will be very tough and CPF below 1.0 will be common going forward.
