My store has not had any phones working in almost a week! How the fu-k does that happen?

They lay off all the local IT people who do you expect to fix tech that goes wrong just wait it will get worse.
Have you ever heard of not paying the bills or perhaps someone pulled a wire or the software has been hacked. Or a sign of layoffs about to come. Recession is headed our way big time, so save a little more then usual. You're going to need it.
