All leadership is being called to offsites in the last weeks of the quarter and year. Doesn’t bode well.

Layoff planning for this started in April-May.

Managers in my org had offsites last week. It was great. No meetings.
They are probably discussing how they can buy the next great place to work award.

I can confirm sales is doing this next week. Normally next FY doesn’t get figured out until after Impact so you know this is going to be big and serious if they are doing it before the year even ends.
