I sincerely hope that the leadership will realize that it is necessary to do something so that the company does not continue to lose customers.
This trend has already become a major concern. Whether they will be able to do something about it is questionable.

Troll. Generic post that can be put up under most any company.
No one is churning back to vz
The current VZ is a lost cause. All the issues are very clear. VZ's C-Suite has made many bad and uninformed decisions. There are absolutely no second chances. The mantra everything will workout for the best is a poor excuse -- strategic planning!!!!
The employees suffer. This is an excellent MBA case study. The CEO and all the EVPs should be fired.
VZ no longer the #1 rated Network, specifically, both, the male EVP of VZ Networks and the female SVP of VZ Networks, should be fired.
VZ will face bankruptcy, question is just how soon?
Too late! The titanic has already began to sink
Leadership is enjoying a deep slumber for this gravy train to last for as long as it does. They do not give a hoot as to what happens to Verizon or its business or losing customers. They are buying time until they told that it is no more. Wake up VBG leadership.
The truth is that the company no longer seems to respect its customers as it once did. The lack of customer service and a customer-friendly interface are giveaways for why customers are leaving. Verizon used to be the top-shelf wireless brand but now looks more like just another also-ran. What really differentiates Verizon from its competitors? It is no longer The Network. So why should customers stay and not churn out?
