Chuck enjoys the reach around HeTom treatment. It make the cisco greats for customers. The HTE do the catching in the building 10 or ATl. Southern wite people style in the south with math major!

Expert care is the biggest rip off and con job Cisco has going. Complete muppet’s- the whole lot. Waste on headcount and money.

I believe the metric is 5 year spend with some cutoff value. Problem is a customer may be spending a lot of IT money - just not with Cisco (Arista, HPE, Fortinet, zScaler, Palo, Microsoft, etc). Those will go to virtual telemarketing to be further ignored by Cisco.

There is really no news here. They have had virtual sales (GVS, Small, etc) for some time now. Mostly early-in-career call center reps - that some will grow up to be field AM/SEs. The are just moving some more of the non-spending Commercial accounts over the fence for virtual coverage (dialing for dollars, calling partners, chasing renewals, etc). The larger Commercial accounts will be high-touch with a field AM.
