Cheap fellows with no ethics

How embarrassing. We already had a guy a few months ago get in the news for having child p*** on his computer, now our execs are making the news with felony charges.

Remember, the motto is that the beatings will continue until morale improves.

I could see if he were a lower level employee that it makes sense to protect privacy, but top execs are supposed to set the example for their employees to follow. Most exec contracts have clauses about behavioral issues being grounds for termination, so is Ford going to try to protect this yokel?

Reads like something a lawyer construct for the wife to sign.
Granted I only have 65 years of life experience, but the only times I have seen a man’s first foray into bullying and violence was at 50+ years of age were due to 1) dementia or 2) dr-g abuse.
The guy needs to go

  1. dementia — needs released
  2. dr-g abuse — needs released
  3. life long bully — needs released

Srd and layoff not following the employer's own performance management system, which defines the fundamental value of the company's value, is also very personal.

Can we not do that?

This guy has one of Ford's best qualities in an employee and a upper management especially.....bully.

I just don't see Ford letting that go. He's going to stay.

So Phoebe got the scoop on the coverup action. Ford PR was all over this. That’s their job, to make our bad executives look better.

Translation: “if he loses his job, I won’t be able to buy $10,000 handbags anymore. Let the beatings go on.”

Every word in the article: apply the inverse and get a picture of who FLV is. See yah later, go hang out with your other Nissan/Renault criminal buddy Carlos Ghosn. Hold Farley accountable for this bad choice? Indicative of Farley’s character of who you keep company with, and Bill’s complacency.
