It is not a curse, if you do believe, take a look on old pictures and many of them went promoted.

That’s the most hilarious post ever on here. When they dropped 401k match I quit letting them get credit. I give at church. UW is nothing more than strong arming employees to make them look good.
Was one but got NSI later and quit. Totally useless thing to do!
The upside is undermining "the cause." Oh, and getting a primo parking space.
Not worth doing. Will not help you in ranking. Do it, be done, and don't give your boss any reason to think you aren't a "team player"
I was one in 2019. Felt like a total a** kissing tool. Got the ol’ NSI in 2020.
