Hey 1o0ABAvN, my vote is for Jim Baumbick - Vice President, Ford Product Development Operations and Quality. Under him, Ford Quality has become an oxymoron.
Bunny Slippers has never seen anything through to completion!
You are absolutely mistaken if you think Doug Field or any of the other executive leadership from other high tech companies that came to Ford would leave. That would make zero sense. Model e for example has many projects and products in the works that the leaders who are delivering them will want to see through completion and in our customers hands.
Any insights as to who? Will they just be replaced or will reduce the actual number?
They cannot keep firing lower level employees without drastically reducing the executive ranks. Ford should have less than 40 executives, like our competitors.
My votes go to Bill Ford, the family fired him before
Elena, Henry and Alexandra Ford, definelty need more family, less company, time
Farley, surely his wife wants to spend more time with him where she lives in England.
Doug Field, although I doubt his fami,y likes him that much
Josh Halliburton, he has failed over and over at Ford, but his family might want him
Franck Louis-victor, at least his ex wife apparently still wants him
Christian Moran, can spend more time saying “happy wife happy life”
Darren Palmer, his family needs him more than we need his electric vehicle programs
Easy as that, $100 million annual savings with zero loss to producing vehicles people will buy.
CV LL3 - JW. This person needs to retire asap, He has been the reason for spoiling the work culture. Not a technical leader for sure. he can lead a sales team but not an organization like Connected Vehicle.
Hopefully at least 40 or 50 of our “executive leadership“ does this. That would make us more in line with our closest competitors.
I've heard the southern based CV LL3 is on that list!
Cool story bro
