Anyone know how long it takes to receive severance? Trying to prepare myself.

how does severance calculate? is it based on number of years working?
Do all your paperwork to avoid any delay in severance. It took three weeks for me. Last day for me was 4/14; severance transferred 5/5. Good luck!
Took about a month for me in the February round of layoffs. Last day was 2/10 & I want to say I got the lump sum early/mid March
you will need to sign and initial all that severance paperwork and return your PC, about 10 days after they get all that. I was surprise3d they didn't take out more taxes. Don't forget to apply for Cobra, it is not a given, you must apply for it

took 3 weeks for mine to hit. last day was 2/10, deposit on 3/3.
