Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Any news on reorgs? Townhall meetings today?

With VPs leaving - starting with Santone and William Stovall and others coming, any major announcements about re-orgs?

Stankey ki-led the golden goose and now he is plucking away at the rotten carcass, the vultures are circling.

"Again, I ask why is Stankey still allowed to stay"

As probably that you are Mr. nobody and there is no reason to answer you, especially if you are 0 stock holder. If you still have any T stock then there is a time to ask yourself why you still hold it - Stankey is unable to prevent you to buy any other stock.

Stankey is still in charge and more executive VP "resignations." Again, I ask why is Stankey still allowed to stay, and even more questionable is why is Randy still here as a consultant? There has to be something truly sinister and evil cooked up from the board and those two that only Blackrock and company would understand.

was on the Dietsch call.......zero empathy....total word salad....."follow your work"...

thank god I at least didn't have to be in the auditorium - it looked like a hostage video.

multiple digs on Stovall for pulling the chute early.........but want to guess who's resting easy tonight???

when I had a call with Dallas today it was so loud we had to tell multiple people to mute their line....sounded like a Walmart.

good luck everybody on our race to the bottom!

A lot more to go to flatten the multilayered VP positions, too much staff. They are starting to whine, kick and throw tantrums because they are finally feeling the pain everyone below director has felt for years.

Not good for a company to be in a constant layoff but nice to see that spreading the peanut butter is finally reaching some upper levels.

Yep, the news is there is no career left at T for anyone. By this time next year, everyone will be wearing a badge with a different company name on it. People in denial will stay in denial, but hope is no career or life strategy.

Alicia Dietsch is a truly awful manager who should not be in her position

Dietsch had announcements.

Nothing new. 100% Dallas, zero exceptions. Three waves to move: #1 in Dallas end of February, #2 end of May, #3 end of January 2025. Letters on August 11, 60 days off payroll if declined.

Organization is a disaster. People were slotted in roles that had no correlation whatsoever to their skillsets. Directors are having phone calls with their new orgs and have no idea what to do with the people on their teams.

Well someone kept posting JVB was departing two weeks ago and that was never announced so someone on this site definitely trolls. No announcement last week like what was stated as fact

Just check the executive announcements page. It's all there. The folks saying these are rumors, either don't know, or no longer work here.

An internal email announced William Stovall's departure.
He was VP of Product Marketing - AT&T Business.

Isn't Alicia Deitsch org having reorg announcements?
