Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

We don't need layoffs

What we do need is to stop breaking laws so we can stop having to pay various fines. I think we have paid enough just in the last 24 months that if we managed to avoid it, we could have scrapped all the layoffs that happened in that same period. How about we focus on that for a while?

The real employees earn this company billions, it's the ****ing executives 'great ideas' that result in regulatory issues. So who should be getting downsized?

We DO need layoffs. We DO need PROPER job/task realignments. We have some who are busting their butts and buried in work while others sit around coasting with little to no valuable deliverables. We have a ton of bloat and redundancy.

We CAN accomplish this WITHOUT sending jobs to India. We NEED a CEO and BOD who have LONG TERM SUCCESS as the top priority for WF.

We don't need H1 and OPT visa, that we don't need to train them to conquer us.

No my friend. We need them badly

This bank is so bloated with unnecessary processes, teams and red tape that you can’t spin your chair around without needing to get 5 approvals first
