It’s been posted on the board before, but the only thing in the near future that will reset the company direction is unfortunately a major incident…Valdez, Horizon, Texas City, Piper Alpha…... and they are throwing all the ingredients into the recipe for just such a gruel.
The directors have tried to separate themselves from any responsibility with OIMS so the can blame anything on individuals. Not sure how BTC and KLTC kindergarteners would fall under US law….. ?
Simple. Unionize and perform a general strike with the plant operators. XOM execs would capitulate faster than UPS.
But we have LPSA cards. You just follow the steps. It's all you have to do. Nothing can go wrong if you just pull the card out.

@ftq My comments are about the company as a whole not just the Spring Campus. Have you not seen the proliferation of BTC/KLTC Mickey Mouse Engineers being forced onto sites around the global on basically revolving 2 year assignments or whatever the maximum their visas will allow. They are essentially your low cost work force of the future.
IMO this greatly increases the risks of a major incident. The kind that gets national and international headlines.
