Everyone is out for themselves - everyone is looking at each other with a feeling " It better be him/her than me". everyone is trying to hang on to their jobs at any cost. Most of them are not confident that they will be able to secure as good a job as they have now because majority of them are not qualified and are overpaid for the poistion they hold!

You are right. A lot of people in this company or used to work here before getting the shift was grossly overpaid for their position. That is why a lot of people dealt with the toxicity and BS, because they would take a huge paycut if they left
