Thread regarding Ford layoffs

People that work on-site more often than not...

What's with people booking conference rooms for large blocks of time and never using the reservation???

Since this is happening then I will mention this as my excuse with not being able to go in. Thanks for the excuse. I thought the concierge are supposed to enforce the rules

like someone here already said, in the old days before covid, supervisors and above would book a conference room at the same times for the whole year. just in case

For those times a group wont leave, keep a can of sardines handy. Take a seat and open them up. Room is yours in no time.

Agree @swo same ole behavior of selfish people trying to take and control resources. And the same behavior of “we need the room more than you” where a group just takes over a conference room and refuses to leave even though you have the room booked is occurring. They claim the LL4 gave them permission to take any conference room they want.
The Ford culture is super toxic. And well we can’t really call the leadership team leaders can we? Well maybe ring leaders of the Ford games.

Must be the same people who are parking in the handful of EV chargers at PDC all day and never moving their vehicle.

Throw-back to the old days when we were in the office. Locking down conference rooms 'just in case'. Some things don't ever change I guess.
