Curious, as I'm hearing about another India holiday tomorrow, if the Csuite has really considered the impact to US business process all of the India holidays they have as they outsource a huge portion of the US jobs? (there are many more US jobs being replaced by I&P in the upcoming months/years-I know because I work in that arena).
More of a rhetorical question but still...

For 4th of July our India support had a team offsite. So much for efficiency
@msv+1o6hLNer - the India holidays are quite often in the middle of the US work week - and when the US banks, etc. are not also...on holiday.
So whether they have 11 or 17 holidays, it impacts US business.
I would like days off for Indian holidays too
Chaitali Scharf has never cared about “getting the work done”. He only cares about cutting expenses and getting the stock price up so he can cash in.

Google “India Holidays 2023” and you will see they have less than the US. Sorry if that doesn’t support your incessant whining and complaining. Tomorrow is there July 4th by the way. We both can agree the British su-ked.
I happen to enjoy when I can't move forward due to some off-shore holiday. Just note it and go to lunch. This place is a shitshow anyways.
Make them work US schedule if they work for a US company.
