“ They are hiring younger replacements at a decent pace. There is no way to know how many have been cut. If you drill down the org chart and closely look at direct report numbers you will see numbers increase for leaders just as they decrease for others.”

Couldn’t be more wrong if poster tried.

Anyone with access to WebPhone and ability to understand the directions for special reporting (link to click on) can pull the report, filtering out NPW and LOA. I've done so many times at my own org level and company wide. Maybe more TROLLS on this site?

“ That's only 961 reduction. 0.7%
What happened to the 25% reduction across all departments?
Is this even an accurate/real-time report?”

Just a snap shot, everyone doesn’t exit at one time.

If can be done by a contractor/3rd party then your days are numbered.
Many companies believe that their prime role is to increase shareholder value, not to make the lives of their employees better. The companies feel that they're paying employees for services and that if employees choose to use the money to make their lives better then that is their choice.
Make your life better!

Picking up steam with more than doubling the weekly rate of the last month. Week around Labor day ought to be a bang, too.
