New retail compensation is out. How we feeling? This is the most I’ve seen in my 10 years of being at VZW and it finally feels like our voices are being heard.

Really depends on if quota is attainable and possible to multiply or not, have a feeling you will have to bust your butt just to make at risk, I haven’t been here long but I already know this company is greedy af. After I get my final referral pay out I’m outta here.
He can just continue to sell retail store by store to vendors. At least in my area most VZ stores aren’t “corporate” stores and if you go in you can close your eyes and it’ll sound just like it has been outsourced overseas.
It depends heavily on what the quotas are set at and what they choose to make the strategic multiplier. Time will tell. Don’t give Sampath credit for this unless it reduces pay, if there was a way to sell store reps to India, he would do it
LOL Thanks to Scampath, you're about to lose a whole bunch of people as customers because they were forced out to HCL. I'll be damned if I give this company one cent of my money after this. Good luck beating T-mobile.
