Assuming you aren't' involuntarily laid off , would you genuinely want to stay long term?

@OP. IDK if Ford as a company will exist in 3 years, less alone my job.
OP - using ur assumption of not being laid off, my answer is yes.
Honestly no. CEO JF 5 year master plan dictates that will be nobody left in FNA 🇺🇸 with his 85% Ford + reduction plan. Everyone is being replaced by Mexico and Brazil engineers. Please recognize this fact occurring with each quarterly firing salary reduction.
