Received an LOE for going into the office 2/3 days one week where I got manager approval and alerted them a week in advance in writing! Stay safe out there

Someone beat you to it.
There are many reasons this would not actually work, but I fantasized a job, Uber-like or tiffin wallah, to visit employees and collect their badge, go to a BofA facility and swipe them all, and return them.
I know where a senior manager is allowing an associate to work from home at his convenience. She told him to make sure he badges in 3x week to stay off reports. We'll see how this plays out.
I’m curious at what band level they wrote you up for manager approval for one off extra day at home. I can’t image that happening in my current environment. I’m no one important but a band 5
Managers cannot approve for anyone to WFH more than departmental policy allows. I found this out by allowing an employee to work from home due to bad weather, the manager should have advised you to use time from your vacation, personal or sick time (that's what I was told). Ridiculous, I know!
One of the reasons I left.
