Pretty impressive Good Cop/ Bad Cop script.

Had the JS call that went south ( bad cop) and had Good Cop, RW, come in and try to smooth it over.

He was/is intentionally more on the ‘people/worker’ level , I’ll give him that, but he was clear about “better together at fewer locations” and that agrees with this focus.

I thought hatchet was referring to contractors.

Maybe it was process.

Welday kept on script aside from throwing his AVP team under the bus for RTO decisions. This was glossed over very quickly but it’s an important catch. “Blame your AVP. Not me.”

The hatchet comments were referring to process. Not headcount. I’m not sticking up for Welday but don’t make something out of nothing.
