Gym Rats

I guess RTO is awesome for the gym rats that include their daily workouts as part of their business day and not relief periods. The gym door swipes during non lunch hours would be an enlightening query.

For you folks lacking an office ‘gym’, maybe have everyone bring in their “spare iron”. For example, some old Weider d-mbbells, DP (concrete filled) plates & maybe an old “Bowflex”, etc. Reserve a few parking spots & create a penitentiary style “weight pile”. It kind of fits the bill. 😏

Might have better luck getting people to RTO if more locations had gyms.

I bet if you spent 30 minutes a day exercising instead of complaining about others you would see a big jump in your productivity. I get to the office at 6:45 in the morning so I can get work done before working out for an hour during a break from 10-11. This an issue for you? I think you would find that most people who go to the gym are disciplined and are some of our best employees....while those who complain about disciplined people on anonymous message boards are not.

"Dude, calm down. You have no idea these peoples' schedules or how they manage their calendars to fit work and exercise into their days. You should try it. You might be surprised how much less bitter and jealous you feel when you focus on improving yourself versus worrying about others.

You waste more time sitting around, watching others, and tracking their behavior. Not to mention, what a creeper."

Well said, my thoughts exactly!

No gym at my office. The building is big so I do get my 10,000 steps in every day walking round it.

Probably coming from a jealous out of shape person that doesn’t do anything all day.

Lol, our office doesn’t have telephone, internet or a printer. Are there really offices with gyms?

This is why they are laying y’all off. More concerned about others than your own job. If you actually did some work. You’ll still have a job.
