I find it funny that this group was so underwhelmed by the response to the employee survey that no one even posted about it. Can we all just agree to not take it next year since taking it is all they care about?

They only seem to care about two things: 1) Survey participation rate 2) D&I numbers. Woke Bank of America.,
Surveys don’t show what the employees are REALLY saying and feeling.
Same questions with the same responses.
Nothing gets done. Oh wait, we can now wear jeans. See, you spoke, we listened. That took years for that to even happen.
Leadership is so out of touch.
Why do we even do these?
Never received any results from last year..
Are everyone's results back & how did your team measure up?
Won't take it anymore after this. Nothing ever gets done and they ignore the employees concerns/complaints so what's the point of taking it
Q1: Do you like BofA enough to come to work today? [implied]
Too many mid level managers and how many people need to re-disect analyze or regurgitate the same reports? There are only so many ways to spin the results. We can't have WFH because of spontaneous learning but my manager can be in another time zone? They talk out of both sides of their mouths all the time. It would be refreshing to hear them mean what they say and day what they mean.
IT has become so toxic over the past decade with the majority of promotions given to one group of people. There are little opportunities on-shore for other people. Management doesn't deal with the non workers either and the attrition numbers they want to reach will never be from those collecting a paycheck without doing anything. I would really love to see the written comments from everyone on the survey. I'm not sure they can turn it around without a complete shakeup up of senior leadership starting with AB, head of IT.
Speaking from 30 years experience, don't work nights or weekends unless you absolutely have to finish something. This company doesn't care if you die today because they'll have 10 more contractors to replace you tomorrow. And they'll need a buddy of theirs to get that manager promotion!
Leadership is figuring out how to spin the results. Employees are not happy, period, and many of us are overworked to compensate for the failing or incompetent coworkers who quiet quit their jobs or check the D&I box.
I work in IT and our leaders are forcing us to increase our volunteering, cheering our teammates up sending thank you cards to each other, and selling company products with extremely low rate of returns under the "we can deliver" program, which I personally would only do if I hated that person and didn't want them to make money with the best rates. There are metrics circulated with all leaders showing where they stand for these 3 things. No addressing the elephant in the room that leadership has put D&I efforts above all else.
This company is living in a dream world by the bulshlit they post on flagschlit every day. I know so many associates that are half azzing everyday just to get a check. The survey is a total waste of time and nothing positive comes from it.
I love how much they tout the “fantastic participation rate”; yet, people only freaking participate because they literally force it on us! It’s laughable at this point.
The only thing they highlighted was the "participation rate and D&I" score increased. Assuming they didn't get the responses they wanted given that's all they really mentioned.
Can't blame anyone for doing the survey, it's their only opportunity to speak somewhat freely and vent. I don't expect anything positive to come from the doing the surveys, but if it gets the executives stressed out and defensive for one month out of the year, I'll take it.
I didn’t take it this year.
You mean the Compulsory From that they make our managers demand that we fill out each year? That one? What a joke.
Snore, press the snooze button, repeat.
They are living in their own dream world if they think the "results" mean anything.
Blah, blah, blah. Nothing more than Emperor's New Clothes. Every. friggin'. year.
