The entire executive team should be shown the door and replaced, time to make WF great again. Restore some respect and dignity for employees and it's brand.

Can you articulate your issues with the current execs and how you think a new batch of exces would be different?
Almost the entire exec team needs to go at this point. Shart and his POS toadie SP have driven out all the execs that were worth anything and all that remains are bootlicking yes men. Shart builds his team like Putin does. Loyalty is all that matters, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that they are ridiculously incompetent. We need a clean slate and an actual leader who likes the company, doesn't hate us, wants to grow every aspect of the business not just the LOBs be personally 'likes', and who has the vision to lead this company in the future, as opposed to a JPM reject that literally just watches what other banks do and copies it. Shart is a failure as a leader by any measure.
Some of them need to go to prison for stealing and deceiving.
Resounding cheer would be heard if execs left.
Get CEO/C-suite in here that cares about employees and you'd see a profitable, high functioning company.
It's that simple, BOD. Clearly, you don't want that.

Some of them don't deserve the golden parachute severance package. They need to be fired for their subpar performance and making WF's situation worse.
