Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is the Raleigh Hub Lease not being renewed?

I keep hearing rumors around the office, but nothing official. Has anyone else heard anything?

I've heard the same thing a Florida based company purchased the raleigh hub buildings in 2015 with 9 years left on the lease..this is the last year on the lease the CEO has stated aggressive job cuts are coming. I look for job postings everyday and maybe 3 postings are up for the raleigh area. Charlotte has about 400 job postings the writing is on the wall. Raleigh has refined that area for mixed use development. For up to 7 stories.

WF is exiting Raleigh. Trust me, I know someone at Wake County that said so. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Raleigh is being closed and everyone will have a choice to relocate to Des Moines.
