Unpaid Compensation and Commissions at TR-Lawsuit anyone?

I have personally spent 10 hours and been back and forth several times with the Commission department regarding incorrect payouts. At this point, it is obvious TR is PURPOSELY holding back commissions to pad the bottom line. Furthermore, the Executives look the other way and refuse to act.

No company on earth could be this inept or corrupt.

Is anyone else out there experiencing this? Cab anyone recommend good law firms ?

I heard there’s a current one going on the same issue. The first time, “oops” . But the second time, is intentional, and not favored by the DOL

That was an extremely helpful post. Gives a point of contact that may have information. And here's a suggestion; I've setup temporary email accounts for special purposes in the past (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). Used them for selective groups or selling something. If you think you have a case, create and post the email address here. Be very specific that the email is NOT for passing information to the curious.

I know you can’t say the attorneys name, but has she been involved with a suit against TR before?
I wish I had an attorney!

I actually met with an attorney that specializes in Employee Compensation law and shared the dismissive emails and inaccurate data provided by Marc and the Commercial Policy team. Needless to say, the attorney has never seen such unprofessionalism in her entire career, especially from a Fortune 500 company.

She instructed me to go back to late 2022 and gather emails and save all of the inaccurate finance reports provided by finance and Commercial Policy, as her firm has been contacted by other TR employees looking to sue.

Consider using a law firm that Successfully represented TR in a classaction suit regarding employees and their Compensation and Pay.

Many will sign up with you.

It was also more than people in CA All employees misclassified as salaried instead of hourly were reclassified and I believe awarded the difference (aka past OT from a period of time)

Actually the California suit was that people were being salaried when their job duties were that of an hourly employee. The way you are classified determines if you get OT or what your work restrictions are. In CA hourly employees cannot work more than 40 hours I think. Salaried it does not matter

I did a search online and the only one I found specific to OT pay was filed in California and I thinks it's been settled. That is one of the tricks they used with remote employees. Paid them based on the best state laws that worked for TR

I would suggest getting in contact with the law firm that is now doing the 2nd lawsuit against TR for misclassifying Salaried employees, to not have to pay overtime
