Y’all think you are safe but you are not. Saw a lady on LinkedIn who received an award from the bank and worked at the company for 15 years.. and she was booted.
The good thing is that they’re all well below 1%. It sure beats the 8 year era of 10% per year fro 2000 to 2008. That Tom my friends was pure carnage and blood in the street.
Todays layoffs are smaller, kinder and gentler than the old years.
