Right to Sit

Section 14(A) of the wage orders regulating industries in California sets forth a seating requirement: “All working employees shall be provided with suitable seats when the nature of the work reasonably permits the use of seats.

Employers have the responsibility to provide a safe workplace

It is so sad to see people who live in fear of their employer and are afraid to ask for anything.

I don’t see any rights to a desk. They’ll be passing out folding chairs in the lobby

I wonder if overseas non union employees complain and create policies about chairs? Maybe next they will complain about not enough close to the workplace building parking? We have a culture where complaining is encouraged while sitting on our butts.

For all of that think “politics” defines everything, maybe you should turn off your “podcasts”, “cable news “, and go fishing or have a margarita or talk a walk.
You’ve been indoctrinated to hate the world.
Turn that stuff off

It’s not that bad

Don’t worry if there’s not enough chairs in CA, they’ll move your position to Dallas. Problem solved.

Did AT&T get this memo?

It seems that having enough seats for ALL U.S. workers should be a U.S. requirement.

In several locations although RTO is in place, there are NOT enough seats for everyone.

Did AT&T get this memo?

Yes they should be providing appropriate seating and a safe place to work. I had all that at home. Now I’m subjected to sitting in a rat infested building. Terrible idea Att

Your seats have been given to homeless aliens because you vote liberal. Smarten up and smell the coffee not homeless brown stuff.
