Several firms in the industry have already announced no or reduced incentives, cut or eliminated 401k matches.
Benefits and raises are the only thing keeping me here. If that goes away, there is no point.
It will happen. It will just be no raises like they did for P4 and up on the last one. Instead it will be everyone.
