Any help from a live person from BNYM for strictly technical inability to open severance package?
I blocked 3 party pop ups and installed free Adobe Pro for 7 days.
Still can't get a thing. Help?

Take your computer to Apple or go to a Fedex (or UPS) and try on there.

That’s the best option. Boomers can fix you up no problem. But why even buy a Mac when you can’t set it up?
Ask a boomer to help you.
Go to Best Buy and pick up a cheap Samsung Windows Netbook. As they say, the first year that you have a Mac, you’re just amazed at what it can do. After a year, well… you’ll be amazed at what all it can’t do.
PC’s can do it all. Macs cannot. While I prefer Macs, I have zero illusions that they can do it all. The Steve Jobs closed system philosophy will always hamper Mac and iOS users. This is never going to change.
