Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

2 Different type of CEOs:

One — a passionate inventor who builds his company from the ground up, creates American jobs and changes the world for the better: e.g. Steve Jobs

The other — a lackluster corner-cutting predator who creates a toxic work environment, guts companies, lays off American workers and offshores American jobs: e.g. Charlie Scharf

We would all be much better off today if Wells had been dumping AAPL stock in to our 401Ks through the years instead of cr-ppy- performing WFC stock.

Seriously - Wells Fargo leaders have short-changed their employees in more ways than one.

Steve Jobs is a bad example. Don't pick Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg either. Compare with someone better.

Funny. The negative down votes are starting on this thread as well. The bank has certainly hired a firm to monitor social media to skew negativity about the company. It is not going to work.

Steve Jobs was known as a creative visionary but not as a good CEO. He was not a people person and made many big mistakes.

Steve Jobs may have been hard to work for, but he was also a creative genius who changed the world.
Scharf is nothing but an entitled white frat boy with good connections. You can’t even compare the two.

HA HA HA OP

You put a Steve Jobs type in charge of this bank and he would immediately identify automation opportunities and lay off 50-60% of the employees here

You would be crying for Charlie to come back

Steve Jobs was a tough leader but was brilliant, imaginative, instinctive and built a world-class successful company.

Charlie’s only talent is being cold- blooded and chopping heads.

Steve Jobs was famously difficult. Is this a joke?
