An ungodly amount of workload is being forced upon me and nobody seems to care that it's not physically possible for me to get it all done even if I worked 80+ hour weeks. Management seems to forget that we are not machines. I'm done with this place. I'm about ready to just walk out one day and never look back.

Usually when you read this complaint there is a smartphone addiction involved. These jobs are not difficult but they are monotonous. Reconnect to your job and reward yourself after each hour with a text to a friend. Then back to work.
You’ll probably get a raise with this approach.
Do only what you can and be ok with the massive drop in quality - don’t stress yourself- it’s not worth it. Get on the off track wagon and Make this place pay you to leave!!!!!!
I always worked 60 hour weeks (3000 hour years). It is brutal, no doubt. But I was well rewarded and I did love my job. The well rewarded part followed after the first 15 years when I finally worked for a manager that recognized and understood my work ethic.
That is a very rare manager indeed.
Don't try to get it all done. Work a reasonable number of hours for you and track your accomplishments. If/when your manager complains, list everything you accomplished and put the rest back onto them. It's their job to figure it out from there.
80+ hour a week, can you even eat dinner after work? When I worked 60 hours week, after work, I didn't want to eat dinner. My body just wanted to sleep. I had skipped few dinners during the 60+ hour working week.
