Won't be until March if there are changes, which is not for certain. The current thinking is allow each group to determine their own in office schedules.

I heard that about RI too, and Merrimack.
3 days a week would be a lot since some groups were 1 or 2 days a week before the pandemic even happened. That would be too much.

I’ve heard they’re phasing out the 500 building in SMT, so that leaves just the 900 building. Where would they put everyone if its three days a week for everyone? Real question, not complaining.

Yes, exactly, that was my point. A dynamic week will not change that. Just because they are in the office will not impact how people work.
If you remove the training wheels, they need to run on their own; they will surely move on. That is part of the overemployed process. They want easy money.
S-xist managers, for example, are the best. They will not give proper work to women based on their beliefs. Generally, it would be a very hard situation for anyone, but for the overemployed, it's a gift.
I don't blame a smart woman for taking advantage of such a d-mb manager. Indeed, I admire her.
There are other reasons why a manager will keep someone low-performing. All of this is the cancer in your roots.
Dynamic weeks are like prostate exams. There should be a better way to check that.

Honestly who cares. Some teams require cameras on.
This would be such a ridiculously small proportion of people. If they can get away with that clearly they are over staffed.
That’s not a reason the rest of people shouldn’t be working from home.
That’s like saying some people rob banks, so all the banks should shut down and everyone with an account should go to jail.

We've all agreed how remote is better, but I genuinely believe whether we're at home or in the office isn't the core issue. I think we're looking in the wrong direction.
I've noticed some interesting tactics from those juggling multiple jobs:

They often keep their cameras off during meetings.
They use specialized audio equipment to manage audio from multiple simultaneous meetings.

Speaking from personal experience, I worked with a senior colleague who consistently had no deliveries. The person often ask for my help, but I later realized they hadn't even started the task. Twice, I accidentally overheard the second job calls. My digging led me to discover they were using multi-channel equipment. I even found a site detailing how overemployeds manage multiple jobs. Some might see this as deceit, but I was honestly impressed and never reported.
Some argue that returning to in-office work will curb overemployment. But if someone's successfully outsmarted you with multiple jobs and had a low performance, isn't that on management to address or others responsibilities? We might be all losing our key responsibilities? Or we are letting some people get free money for our own benefits or agendas?

The Hardest Worker In Fidelity, it is made-up boomer mentality that people are sunbathing instead or working. They would be caught so fast. And this overworking you speak of, I’ve heard of it happening elsewhere with consulting jobs you can get done in 2 hours, but it would be hard or impossible here. Those people usually also don’t care if they only work short stints somewhere before getting fired, because they will rotate which meetings to miss since it really doesn’t work well.
Wouldn’t work with dynamic weeks and how full time/primary of a job fidelity is.
Especially with how many meetings we have. Don’t make things up and spread misinfo.
People are working at home.
In fact, many of us get far more done at home than when people are chatting our ears off in office about pointless stuff and when we don’t have to walk super far every time we need to go to the bathroom, get food, or wash hands from the dirty desks and equipment.
The people who hate on others working from home clearly don’t get enough socialization outside of work. It’s very odd.

I hope they go full on back in the office 5 days a week.

Too many bratty young workers doing to little while they sunbathe by the pool instead of working. They also have second full-time jobs they aren't telling Fidelity about.

Despite the crying, bring them back to the office.
