I don't see a future for this company ( we are all underpaid) ; any tips / suggestions on how to keep collecting paychecks and do the least amount of work possible?

Two wrongs still don't make a right. Do what you are paid to do.
To the OP, you are a troll.
If you’re real, you’re part of the problem. Management certainly has its problems, but no one is forcing you to stay. GSR are very well paid. I was one of them.
Take your considerable skills and go work at fast food or retail for min wage.
Post your CDSID, coward. You are the problem with this company.
Ford su-ks and builds junk and I am proud of that ! Im calling in sick tomorrow and Friday.
To all the folks who complain about the people on friends and family plan, brown nosers, back stabbers, bureaucrats and do nothings....... The OP is 1 of those people whom you are complaining about! OP, do the honorable thing and leave because you are a sc*mbag loser.
If that is your attitude it would be best for Ford and for your own mental health to find another Job outside Ford. How can a person feel good about themselves knowing they’re contributing little to nothing? As for being underpaid if you’re contributing nothing then you’re very overpaid.
Quiet quitting only makes sense if you are close to retirement. If you still have a career ahead of you, you need to make the most of it. If the current job doesn't meet your needs, then quit for real.
lol this has got to be bait, right?
quit so others who want to work don't get laid off.

Have fun slaving away for peanuts and living in la la land that you are actually progressing your career being here lol
Ford is a lost cause, there is no future, so just take as much as you can before it collapses. I just emulate our useless LL6 who obviously quiet quit years ago.
You're already doing that, what more do you want?
The OP should be fired with cause and without any severance.
What a great goal you have - you are a loser. You are cheating everybody you work with in this company. I hope you get found out and taken care of appropriately.
