Got any more ER/H.R. horror stories? Dealing with lying ER people- wanted advice and what to do.

ER/HR is a complete joke. I will compare Nike HR to Reno 911. not much different.
ER resides in Legal at Nike which should be all you need to know about their purpose. Expect that they will protect Inc and only Inc. They are not here to protect employees.
Im pretty sure you might be crazy and an absolute terrible person to work with after a post like this… do something productive with your day.

Why don’t you publish your story first. ER/HR is not trustworthy. Your manager can help if he/she really wants to.
