Keep getting desperate emails to fill contract roles for RCSA. Totally qualified to do that. Too bad the middle managers treated everyone like C***p & no-one wants to come back. That's what you get when you hire non banking friends of friends in management & they take their lack of knowledge frustrations & insecurities out on their team.

Earlier this year I would routinely see job ads on LinkedIn for $70 to $80 per hour…,so on top of running so many off the project with poor treatment now they are trying to lowball them too! It’s the Wells Fargo way!
They are offering contract because FTE's and PwC has been jumping ship. The RCSA workshops are horrible. If you are not a facilitator then you are a grunt taking meeting minutes, action items, and screen sharing.
As far as the contract agencies. I have no idea what the overall bill rate is. $50 per hour sounds good for the expected work. So not only is RCSA hiring contractors they are paying the lowest bill rate of around 89 or 90 per hour. I do not blame them because you will just be taking meeting minutes anyway. Why pay higher bill rates? You are not facilitating. The control management officers will maintain stronger roles on the workshop team (FST). I would say 50 per hour to take meeting minutes sounds pretty good.

I’ve seen contract offers for Wells - nope, won’t do it!
The amount of people that wells hires from consulting/ advisory backgrounds is insane. These people have no idea how a bank operates. Hire people with backgrounds in BANKING.

I’ve gotten several contract offers at 50.00 an hour! You can’t pay me enough to do this work. I told the agency, I knew the position paid at least twice as much.
Probably offering contract because they will be offshored soon.
