You keep playing a series of rounds and you’re eventually finished in the game unless you’re the last standing man or the soldiers. Same here, there’s a layoff round each month, and who knows it’s not your turn? Only CS and his cronies who execute the layoffs survive.

And there is excess capacity on some teams. My team has a couple of folks that are darn near impossible to get a hold of and not much work is being done.
I know, I know, all Wells employees are top notch and dedicated. Yeah, right...
Just to put this in context I am extremely frustrated with my team because the slackers are causing me more work and I'm tired of it.
And yes, I blame the manager for this because she should know what is going on.
She soon will if she doesn't because I've stopped coveting the slackers.
