No one does anything at ford anyway. You just sit in meetings. Turn off your webcam and do what’s needed. In the event you do work hard you’ll complete your task and then spend 5 months while it works its way up the LL chain where your LL6 takes credit for all of it.
I watched for years as a team of 6 took 3 months to complete a task that one talented individual could get done in a week or two. Maybe the old dead weight not understanding tech is what slows it down

- lay in hole
- cover with dirt
until you die.
Just quit today. If you are any good at anything, you can get a new job in a week.
How about you preparing in the evenings on your own time and use your available paid time off as needed for interviews rather than trying to "rip off the Man"?

Join as many webex meetings and work on other more important things in the background. Works for me.
