No one does anything at ford anyway. You just sit in meetings. Turn off your webcam and do what’s needed. In the event you do work hard you’ll complete your task and then spend 5 months while it works its way up the LL chain where your LL6 takes credit for all of it.

I watched for years as a team of 6 took 3 months to complete a task that one talented individual could get done in a week or two. Maybe the old dead weight not understanding tech is what slows it down

here is the step by step how to go through life doing minimal.

  1. dig a hole about 6ft deep
  2. insert tube in hose
  3. insert tube in mouth
  4. insert tube in p-e p-e
  5. insert tube in an-s
  6. lay in hole
  7. cover with dirt

until you die.

How about you preparing in the evenings on your own time and use your available paid time off as needed for interviews rather than trying to "rip off the Man"?
