Why Intel is behind?

Is it because there is no high performances, too many yes man or too many layoffs?

A cancer called minorities were taken in and given compulsory promotions. We became a govt org, a bureaucracy where attending a labyrinth of meetings, 'processes and procedures' with no solid technical contribution. Tech contributors were sidelined.
Indians created some corruption by hiring spouses and friends just to attend meetings and endlessly to go through unnecessary processes and procedures. To accommodate them, we created more fake, d-mb, useless work-- lets run all the tests that had passed once more.
The stink had to show at some point!

An Intel “High performer” is someone who is good at working at Intel: bloviation, backstabbing, nepotism and politics.

Because of the arrogance from the Board down to principle engineering levels.

The NIH and unwillingness to listen to people on the bottoms closest to problem and with real solutions.

Intel does a pi-s poor job talent sourcing. Why is it then when a req is opened, 50+ people seem to automatically apply of a particular. Talk about preaching DEI... How about providing some diversity in hiring pools. However they are working and targeting people it's not working. Maybe sh---y Application Tracking System Algorithms...

The majority of employees are full of sh-t. Product Owners bullsh-t the value of their releases and are not honest about them and that they are single points of failure products. Employees don't answer email nor messages making you wonder if they are even working, teams is a joke many people don’t respond or set to away 24x7. employee's say they are too busy and over worked, leaving at 5 is not overworked i have been here long enough to recall what hard work was and is. The leftovers that remain cannot help or save Intel. The company is fu---d.

Paul, Stacey, BK, Bill, Sohail, and of course Pat isn’t the messiah people thought.

When Oat was hired obviously on the surface everyone thought he was perfect and even I thought this was the man, now it’s clear the man is a fanatic and is destroying the company.
