Unfortunately most of us have to be here for a paycheck and the job market is abysmal so we have to stay here longer than we hoped.
No one is staying here out of happiness; it’s out of desperation

You all should quit Ford or be a quiet quitter. Make room for new younger employees with motivation to do the work.
