Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Keep job at ford and new job too?

Should I tell Ford I got a new job and am quitting or should I just keep both jobs?

My LL6 is a clueless bser and quiet quitter so I could pull this off for few months easily

Time to return to office.

You are cheating everyone you work with at both companies.

OE until you can’t anymore; don’t listen to the mental mid-ets that populate this space. After all, they believe you’d be working 80 hours when in reality the amount of real work a Ford job actual demands doesn’t amount to 10 hours a week in most cases.

As for justification? How about starting with the fact Ford leadership lies through their teeth literally everyday to blue collar and white collar employees about nearly everything. No one will stand up for yourself unless you do it.

If actually doing the work for both and the companies aren't in competition, I don't believe it should be an issue as a philosophical issue. But I'm sure both employers would still whine about it, and I sure know I wouldn't wanna be pulling 80 hr weeks.

Even considering to keep two jobs shows You have no moral or ethical compass.

Please don’t have kids for fear they might be chips off the old block.

Why would you risk your new job? I suggest you focus on your new job rather than being a scammer.

i suspect this would be considered fraud. i knew a guy went who went to actual jail for supplier kickbacks. not just a fine. straight n narrow, boys.

Depends. Is your new company a competitor? Did you sign an employment agreement with the new company saying you can’t work another job or a competitor?
