Trump is right on the target. At this rate, Tesla will be the only automaker in US to make EVs.

The UAW will drive the Big 3 out of business.

  • UAW means paying more for less quality in the assembly line.
  • Ford Leadership means paying more for clueless "leaders".
  • Ford salaried means paying more people to do less work.
  • Outsourcing to LCC means paying more people to do no work.
  • Ford TVM means saving a penny on a part to spend billions on recalls.

I know most of the problems at Ford, including salaried, outsourcing, and TVM are rooted in the leadership (or lack of). There is no question about Ford going down, since is already treading water while spending the money that doesn't have. The moment financing is gone, Ford will plunge to brankupcy.
