Is being passive aggressive a culture thing at Cisco. I had to deal with a manager that is so passive aggressive that I almost broke my facade and gave them a piece of my mind. All they do is talk too much, think they’re funny (they are not), and just repeats the same thing over and over again. They just come across as a big phony.
