The Jordan Company apparently which means it'll likely be a leveraged buyout. So those Aviation folks will have to pay them back for the privilege (debt) of being bought by TJC. It'll likely be a rough couple of years for any folks who are moved over.

Texas Pacific did this to one of the companies I worked at before. 1 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

No one is going to buy them. Their managers are clueless/unqualified, their programs are over budget, behind schedule and can’t get the equipment to work. You will basically need to replace the entire management and start over. Who has time/money for that.

Nobody wants to buy it. Who would want to buy a division\company that is losing money. With products that are 20+ years old and expensive.
