How is the morale in your department? Ford is not like what it used to be 10 years ago. No one really talk to anyone anymore. My department is kinda depressing. It's all about D.E.I. and it's not about teamwork anymore. Very sad to see.

Ford has always been that way. Since the good old na-i sympathizer grandfather Henry ford. Run now and realize how much better anywhere else is.
Morale: Better smell in the public bathroom then the atmosphere around here.
I am in Model E. I find the leadership to be inept. I can't decide if it is tragically or comically so.

Model E, the E stands for ego. Great organization to increase your level of dissatisfaction.

I suggest moving to the Model e organization. Morale and excitement are far above the rest of the company fron what I see. The best projects and the critical to business products all are coming from Model e.
