I can understand if a new company that has not been around for a while, but Ford has over 100 years of experience and their products are rated unreliable.
Ford has a lot of work to do.
This is not a surprise. We've led the league in recalls 2 years running now. It's pretty bad when you're quality is now considered lower than Tesla's.

This goes to show that Ford products are unreliable. It has been this way for many years. Nothing changed and no improvements. No one in my family and friends own a Ford vehicle because of this reason.
