I deeply regret it and now worry that my career is already stagnating and will get worse. Ford doesn’t have a good reputation and it’s getting worse and worse over time . No good companies will consider me seeing the drop in caliber of company

It's HARD in this industry everywhere right now. If you're unhappy move along you'll be better and so will Ford. These are tough times.
Model e would be an excellent solution for you. Careers will be built here with the projects that are developing.
I’m normally on here to get people going but in all honesty if you are in any field but maybe tech you’ll be fine. Some companies who might know about the dysfunction within ford would even view it as a strength in character that you achieved anything here.

Most of the people that I know who left last year have found new jobs.
Don't despair. Keep searching and good luck.
Anything holding you back from looking right now? If so, address that and start looking rather than letting this place drag you & your career down. If you started here only recently you can always indicate that you found that it wasn't a good fit after you got to see "how the family acts behind closed doors".
Ford may be dysfunctional, but the brand is still good in terms of name recognition on resumes outside of tech.
If you were desperate that says more about you than Ford
Don't worry. Save up your money and leave the company after 3 to 5 years.
