I apologize if someone else has had the same situation affect them, but the story below closely resembles mine, and I did not write it. I understand that people wish to share experiences, but I request that my story be excluded from this site. GP, it appears that this information may have come from someone within your close circle, as there were only a few individuals with knowledge of Spangler's situation.
He fired me with no cause. He and HR came up with some BS excuse and accused me of allowing workers to do something they weren’t certified to do. This was a year after he demoted me for no cause, other than hooking his inspection buddy up with some additional job security. He was hoping I would quit but didn’t.
After watching him demolish our drilling services business down here, I’m pretty anxious to see how he handles all of these new profit centers. Knew I should have taken the verp.
Some real questionable “changes” during the re-org so far. What are these people thinking?
