Yes V2yomamma land is great. As stated earlier, Dir and Sr Dir’s keeping VPs happy while disrupting day to day business and providing no leadership to their teams. Every one of them should be evaluated to get the petrified wood out. Engagement Pulse survey shows part of the story though most click 5’s not trusting the anonymity. Sad days but seem LR safe - for now.

we are V2MOMMY fantastic, many do cut and paste every day so it makes sense, only a few senior leaders do work, mostly just showing to calls and saying nothing. CX leaders too busy kissing their VP but to actually lead us, enjoy!
