No one else puts in the effort and I’m tired of the only trying to build some sense of relationship / collaboration here.

Time to return to office so that you can see some people working hard.
Maybe look internally, there is a reason no one is reciprocating
There is some collaboration in Model E amongst the naive true believers. Anyone with some sense feels like they are beating their head against the wall dealing with them.
stop talking to people and trying so hard to look busy. The company is hopelessly broke and is always days away from the Ford Family liquidating and walking away from this flaming dumpster fire......but they won't because crony capitalism serves them. Its all a scam and Ford can bounce back as soon as it benefits the family to do so.

Not true; even toxic bacteria can exist with a culture.
